- All items ship from Los Angeles, California USA.
- Returns are accepted for exchange only on full price merchandise within seven days of delivery. Shipping and customs costs are not refundable.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, tags and/or boxes.
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning items for an exchange. We cannot issue exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.
- If merchandise is returned without authorization, your item will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
- International orders are final sale. Customs, duties, and associated taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Orders will ship within 2 - 3 business days of the order date. Domestic shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent after the order has been shipped. International shipments are sent via DHL. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
- We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect shipping information is provided.
