- Returns are accepted for exchange only on full price merchandise within seven days of delivery. Shipping and customs costs are not refundable.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, tags and/or boxes.
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning items for an exchange. We cannot issue exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.
- If merchandise is returned without authorization, your item will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
